Who we are
The data controller is Cyberjob Sp. z o.o., ul. Marii Konopnickiej 10/7, 80-240 Gdańsk, Polska, KRS 0001196738, NIP (tax ID) 9571193416, REGON 542833312, which operates the Nousdesk website. Contact for any question about your data: office@nousdesk.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer.
What we collect
Three kinds of data. (1) What you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, work email, company, the product you are interested in, and any message you write. (2) With your consent only, audience measurement data: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the source of your visit. (3) For business prospecting: the name, job title, company and professional email of people who hold a relevant role in staffing agencies and large employers, taken from public professional sources such as company websites and professional networks. We tell you the source in our first message.
Why we use it, and on what basis
To reply to your request and arrange a demo: our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, or steps taken before a contract. To contact professionals about services related to their role: our legitimate interest in business prospecting (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); every message identifies us and you can object at any time by replying “STOP”. To measure audience: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. We do not sell your data and do not use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and exchanges with prospects: up to 3 years after our last contact, then deleted. If you object to prospecting, we keep only the minimum needed to honour your objection (your email on a suppression list). Analytics cookies: 13 months at most. Analytics data: 14 months at most.
Who sees it, and where it goes
Our team, and the providers that process data on our behalf: Google Ireland Limited (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, audience measurement, only after consent), OVH SAS, France (email and domain name services), and Contabo GmbH, Germany (hosting of the website). Google may transfer data outside the European Economic Area, notably to the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to measure audience, only with your consent. Until you accept, no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer. We use no advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to it, withdraw your consent, or request a copy of your data, by writing to office@nousdesk.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the UODO (uodo.gov.pl), or, if you live in France, with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
